Important Terms for International Orders

  • Custom duties and taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer (importer).

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for international orders.

  • Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days, depending on your location.

Customized or Out-of-Stock Products:

  • Delivery for customized items or those temporarily out of stock may take longer.
