The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The article should be in the same condition as it was received.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Products priced below PKR 3000 are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
To initiate a return:

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated warehouse address.
Refunds are available only for orders paid through debit or credit card.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for exchange only. No refunds will be processed for COD purchases.
Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time your return is received.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy criteria mentioned.
